It incorporates 5000Vrms of galvanic isolation and a high 25kV/µs CMTI for reliable operation in the presence of high dv/dt noise. The maximum propagation delay is 500ns. Designed for automated assembly and high-density PCB designs, it maintains full functionality across the industrial temperature range of -40°C to 110°C. It is supplied in tape and reel packaging. Application Scenarios: This SMD variant is tailored for modern, compact power electronics.
