Specifications: The APW614E is a high-voltage combination relay (NO+NC) in DIP-8. Each channel is rated for 120mA at 400V (AC/DC) with 20Ω on-resistance and 5000Vrms isolation. The NO channel switches in ~230μs/30μs, the NC in ~20μs/500μs. It operates from -40°C to 85°C with 1.2-1.5VDC.
Application Scenarios: Provides a changeover function at medium-high voltage. Used in high-voltage instrumentation for range switching, in power supply circuits for mode selection, and in test equipment for routing high-voltage signals between different paths or loads.
