Specifications: The APY211E is a high-current DIP-4 PhotoMOS solid-state relay. It is a 1 Form A (SPST-NO) device capable of handling 2.0A at 40V AC/DC. It offers a low 60mΩ on-state resistance, 5000Vrms isolation, and features 800μs turn-on and a very fast 20μs turn-off time. It is designed for wide temperature operation (-40°C to 85°C) and is controlled by 1.2-1.4VDC.
Application Scenarios: Ideal for driving substantial loads with high reliability and isolation. Applications include industrial control outputs for solenoid valves and contactors, automotive electronic control units (ECUs) for actuator control, uninterruptible power supply (UPS) battery management, and high-current LED driving circuits. The DIP-4 package is compact yet suitable for through-hole mounting in power applications.
