Specifications: The APH3223EH is a high-current, high-voltage AC-output PhotoMOS SSR in a surface-mount SMD-7 package. It is a 1 Form A (SPST-NO) relay capable of switching 1.2A at up to 600V AC. It provides 5000Vrms of isolation and features a fast 100μs turn-on time. It operates from -30°C to 85℃ and is controlled by a precise 1.21-1.3VDC input.
