Specifications: The APW111G2E is a dual-channel (2 Form A), high-current, DC-output PhotoMOS SSR in a DIP-8 through-hole package. Each channel is a 1 Form A (SPST-NO) switch specifically for DC loads, rated for 2.0A at 60V DC. Each channel features a low 80mΩ on-state resistance, provides 5000Vrms isolation, and switches with 750μs (on) and a very fast 20μs (off) time. It operates from -40°C to 85℃ with 1.2-1.4VDC control. Application Scenarios: Designed for high-current DC switching where through-hole mounting is preferred. Ideal for driving high-power DC loads like motors and solenoids in industrial control panels, battery load testing fixtures, DC power distribution units, robotics prototyping, and as a robust, high-performance replacement for DC mechanical relays in automotive and aerospace test benches, offering excellent thermal and mechanical characteristics.
