Specifications: The APW216S is a dual-channel (2 Form A), high-voltage, low-current PhotoMOS SSR in an SOP-8 package. Each channel is a 1 Form A (SPST-NO) switch rated for 80mA at 600V AC/DC. Each channel has a 35Ω on-state resistance, provides 2500Vrms isolation, and switches with 300μs (on) and 20μs (off) times. It operates from -40°C to 85℃ with 1.2-1.4VDC control.
