Yes, we provide engineering samples for most standard products. Please send us your target model or key specifications together with your project information and shipping details. After confirmation, samples are usually shipped within 1–3 working days, subject to stock availability.

We mainly accept bank transfer (T/T). For long‑term partners, credit terms can be discussed. Shipments can be arranged by international express, air or sea freight, or via your appointed forwarder. All devices are packed in ESD‑safe and moisture‑protected packaging.

If any abnormality is found, please stop using the affected lot and contact us immediately with the part number, lot code, detailed failure description, test conditions and application schematic or photos. We will start a failure analysis (FA) process and provide technical support, corrective actions and, if confirmed to be our responsibility, replacement or credit.
