Specifications: The APV256EH is a high-voltage, low-current PhotoMOS SSR in a surface-mount SMD-6 package. It is a 1 Form A (SPST-NO) relay rated for 80mA at 600V AC/DC. It has a 35Ω on-state resistance, provides 3750Vrms isolation, and switches with 500μs (turn-on) and 20μs (turn-off) times. It operates from -40°C to 85℃ with a 1.2-1.5VDC control input.
Application Scenarios: Designed for isolated switching of high-voltage, very low-current signals in a compact surface-mount package. Ideal for applications such as photomultiplier tube (PMT) and avalanche photodiode (APD) biasing, electrostatic control circuits, ionization gauge power supplies, high-voltage probe circuits, and scientific instrumentation, where board space is limited and safe, reliable handling of high potentials is required.
