Specifications: The APY216HS is a high-voltage, low-current PhotoMOS SSR in an SOP-4 package. Rated for 80mA at 600V (AC/DC), it has a 28.5Ω on-state resistance and provides 2500Vrms isolation. It offers fast switching with 50μs turn-on and 20μs turn-off. It operates reliably from -40°C to 85°C with 1.2-1.4VDC control.
