Specifications: The APW215E is a dual-channel (2 Form A) PhotoMOS SSR in a DIP-8 through-hole package. Each channel is a 1 Form A (SPST-NO) switch rated for 400mA load current and 100V load voltage (AC/DC). Each channel has a 2Ω on-state resistance, provides 5000Vrms isolation, and switches with 300μs (turn-on) and 50μs (turn-off) times. It operates from -40℃ to 85℃ with a 1.2-1.4VDC input.
Application Scenarios: Designed for dual-channel medium-power switching in applications preferring through-hole technology. Suitable for industrial I/O card design, control system prototyping, driving two actuators or indicators in machinery, isolated switching in power supply units, and as a building block in educational and research instrumentation, providing robust performance and ease of hand-soldering or repair.
