Specifications: The APW215LCEH is a dual-channel (2 Form A), high-speed, low-current PhotoMOS SSR in an SMD-8 package. Each channel is a 1 Form A (SPST-NO) switch rated for 80mA at 80V AC/DC. Each channel has a relatively high 35Ω on-state resistance (typical for low-current signal relays) but provides 5000Vrms isolation. It features very fast switching: 30μs turn-on and 50μs turn-off. It operates from -40°C to 85℃ with 1.2-1.4VDC control.
