Specifications: The APW226AEH is the surface-mount SMD-8 version of a dual-channel, high-voltage PhotoMOS SSR. Each channel is a 1 Form A (SPST-NO) switch rated for 300mA at 600V AC/DC. Each channel has a low 3.15Ω on-state resistance, provides 5000Vrms isolation, and switches in 800μs (on) and 40μs (off). It is designed for operation from -40°C to 85℃ with a 1.2-1.5VDC input.
