Specifications: The AHG-0A14 is an ultra-low-power, miniature GaAs Hall element in a DFN package. It is optimized for minimal power consumption with a very low 4mA maximum input current. It produces a 24-40mV Hall voltage, with high input (1.6-2.4kΩ) and very high output (3.4-5.0kΩ) resistances, and a low ±3mV offset. It maintains operation from -40°C to 125°C.

Application Scenarios: Specifically designed for battery-powered and energy-harvesting applications. Ideal for always-on magnetic triggers in wireless security sensors, tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) wheel speed sensing, smart logistics tags, and portable medical monitoring equipment where extending battery life is critical and the sensor can be interfaced with a high-impedance amplifier.
