Specifications & Application Scenarios

Specifications: The AHW-105C is an ultra-thin SOT InSb Hall element optimized for a different sensitivity point. At 20mA input, it generates a lower, more concentrated Hall voltage range of 41-76mV. Its input/output resistances are 250-450Ω, and offset is ±7mV. It operates from -40°C to 125°C.

Application Scenarios: This lower-sensitivity variant is designed for applications where the magnetic field is very strong or needs to be measured over a shorter range without saturating the output. It is ideal for digital switching applications (like high-strength magnet detection in latches), gear tooth sensing with powerful magnets, and in consumer electronics where a precise, repeatable trigger point from a nearby strong magnet is required, all within a sub-millimeter profile.
