Each channel is a 1 Form A (SPST-NO) switch rated for 2.5A at 60V AC/DC. Each channel boasts an ultra-low 60mΩ on-state resistance, minimizing conduction losses and heat generation. It provides 5000Vrms of isolation and features switching times of 800μs (turn-on) and a very fast 20μs (turn-off). It operates reliably from -40°C to 85℃ with a 1.2-1.4VDC input.
