Specifications: The AHW-322B is a high-performance InSb (Indium Antimonide) Hall effect element in a compact SIP (Single In-line Package). Engineered for extreme environments, it operates from -55°C to 125°C. It features a maximum input current of 20mA and generates a substantial Hall voltage ranging from 168mV to 465mV, indicating very high sensitivity. Its input and output resistances are symmetrical, ranging from 240Ω to 550Ω, and it has a controlled offset voltage of ±7mV. This combination makes it exceptionally responsive to magnetic fields. Application Scenarios: This element is ideal for precision sensing in aerospace, defense, and automotive under-hood applications where wide temperature stability is critical. It is perfect for high-resolution angular position sensors (e.g., in throttle or pedal position sensing), contactless current measurement in harsh environments, and as the core sensor in scientific instruments and military-grade equipment requiring reliable performance from arctic to desert conditions.
