Specifications: The APW251G2E is a dual-channel (2 Form A), high-current PhotoMOS SSR in a through-hole DIP-8 package. Each channel is a 1 Form A (SPST-NO) switch rated for 2.5A at 40V AC/DC. Each channel features an ultra-low 60mΩ on-state resistance, provides 3750Vrms isolation, and switches with 800μs (turn-on) and a very fast 20μs (turn-off) time. It is designed for reliable operation from -40°C to 85℃ with a 1.2-1.4VDC control input.
