The APY111G3S is a compact Photo MOS SSR (1 Form A, SPST-NO) with a 3.5A load current, 40V load voltage (AC/DC), and an ultra-low 0.05Ω on-state resistance, minimizing power loss. It provides 2500Vrms isolation, operates from -40°C to 85°C, and is controlled by 1.2–1.5VDC. Switching times are 400μs (on) and 30μs (off). Housed in an SOP-4 surface-mount package with tape-and-reel packaging, it suits automated assembly.
