Specifications: The ATHS119 is a GaAs Hall element sharing identical specifications with the AHG-302C, housed in the same SIP package. It is characterized by a 13mA max input, a Hall voltage of 36-54mV, balanced input/output resistance (650-850Ω), and a ±5mV offset voltage. It is rated for the full industrial temperature range from -40°C to 125°C. Application Scenarios: Functionally equivalent to the AHG-302C, it serves as an alternative source or drop-in replacement for the same applications. It is commonly used in brushless DC (BLDC) motor commutation circuits for low-cost fans, in proximity detection modules, and as the sensing core in legacy or cost-sensitive industrial control systems requiring a discrete, analog Hall sensor with predictable performance.
