Specifications: The AEG-230L is a high-precision industrial-grade linear Hall effect sensor IC in a through-hole SIP-4 package. It supports dual supply voltages of 3.3V and 5V. Its key feature is a configurable output: it can provide either a fixed quiescent voltage (Vq) of 0.5V, 1.65V, or 2.5V, or a ratiometric output (0.5 x VCC), making it versatile for different system interfaces. The output swings linearly from 0.1V to (VCC - 0.1V) in response to a magnetic flux density range of ±100mT. It boasts exceptional linearity of ±0.1% and a wide bandwidth of 250kHz for fast dynamic measurements. Designed for harsh environments, it operates reliably from -40°C to 125°C.

It is ideal for non-contact current sensing in motor drives and power supplies, high-accuracy linear and angular position sensing in industrial automation and robotics, and weight/force measurement in scales and load cells.
