Specifications: The APV251G4EH is an ultra-high-current, single-channel PhotoMOS SSR in a surface-mount SMD-6 package. It is a 1 Form A (SPST-NO) relay capable of handling a substantial 4.5A at 40V AC/DC. Its defining characteristic is an exceptionally low 33mΩ on-state resistance, which minimizes conduction losses. It provides 5000Vrms isolation and has switching times of 5000μs (5ms) for turn-on and 50μs for turn-off. It operates from -40°C to 85℃ with a 1.3-1.5VDC input.
Application Scenarios: Designed for the highest current density switching in its class. Ideal for driving very high-current loads such as large solenoids, high-power motors, and massive LED arrays in industrial automation, power tools, electric vehicle charging control, server PSUs, and welding equipment. The intentionally slow turn-on helps limit inrush current, while the ultra-low Rds(on) ensures cool operation under high continuous current.
