Specifications: The APW111G2EH is a dual-channel (2 Form A), DC-output PhotoMOS SSR in an SMD-8 package. Each channel is a 1 Form A (SPST-NO) switch specifically for DC loads, rated for 2.0A at 60V DC. Each channel features a low 80mΩ on-state resistance, provides 5000Vrms isolation, and switches with 750μs (on) and a very fast 20μs (off) time. It operates from -40°C to 85℃ with 1.2-1.4VDC control.
