Specifications: The APW216AEH is a dual-channel (2 Form A), high-voltage PhotoMOS SSR in an SMD-8 package. Each channel is a 1 Form A (SPST-NO) switch rated for 200mA at 600V AC/DC. Each channel has a low 3.5Ω on-state resistance (for its voltage class), provides high 5000Vrms isolation, and switches with 1000μs (on) and 40μs (off) times. It operates from -40℃ to 85℃ with a 1.2-1.5VDC input.
