Specifications: The APW251G2S is a dual-channel (2 Form A), high-current PhotoMOS SSR in an SOP-8 package. Each channel is a 1 Form A (SPST-NO) switch rated for 2.5A at 40V AC/DC. Each channel features an ultra-low 60mΩ on-state resistance, provides 1500Vrms isolation, and switches with 800μs (on) and a very fast 20μs (off) time. It operates from -40°C to 85℃ with 1.2-1.4VDC control.
