Specifications: The APW252G2E is a dual-channel (2 Form A), high-current PhotoMOS SSR in a DIP-8 through-hole package. Each channel is a 1 Form A (SPST-NO) switch rated for 2.5A at 60V AC/DC. Each channel features an ultra-low 60mΩ on-state resistance, provides 5000Vrms isolation, and switches with 800μs (on) and a very fast 20μs (off) time. It operates from -40°C to 85℃ with 1.2-1.4VDC input.
Application Scenarios: Designed for applications requiring two independent, high-current switches with excellent efficiency and isolation. Ideal for driving dual solenoids or motors in industrial automation, redundant power path control in servers and telecom equipment, high-current LED array driving, battery management system (BMS) cell balancing and disconnect functions, and any design needing robust, high-power switching capability in a dual-channel, through-hole format.
