Specifications: The AHW-105C is an ultra-thin SOT InSb Hall element optimized for a different sensitivity point. At 20mA input, it generates a lower, more concentrated Hall voltage range of 41-76mV. Its input/output resistances are 250-450Ω, and offset is ±7mV. It operates from -40°C to 125°C.
Application Scenarios: This lower-sensitivity variant is designed for applications where the magnetic field is very strong or needs to be measured over a shorter range without saturating the output.
