Its standout feature is an extremely low 3µA (0.003mA) operating current, enabling years of operation on a coin cell. It triggers with either a North or South magnetic pole, with an operating point (Bop) of ±20 Gauss and a release point (Brp) of ±10 Gauss. It functions from -40°C to 85°C. Application Scenarios: Perfect for battery-critical applications. It is the ideal choice for tamper detection in smart meters and asset trackers, lid/open detection in smartphones and laptops, wake-up switches in wireless IoT sensors, and presence detection in medical alert pendants and hearing aids, where minimizing power consumption is the top priority.
