Specifications: The APW214GE is a dual-channel (2 Form A), high-voltage, low-current PhotoMOS SSR in a through-hole DIP-8 package. Each channel is a 1 Form A (SPST-NO) switch rated for 120mA at 500V AC/DC. Each channel has a 16Ω on-state resistance, provides high 5000Vrms isolation, and switches with 300μs (turn-on) and 30μs (turn-off) times. It is built for wide-temperature operation from -40°C to 85℃ and uses a 1.23-1.5VDC input for control.
Application Scenarios: This device is suited for applications that require two isolated high-voltage switches and where through-hole mounting is preferred for development, serviceability, or thermal management reasons. Common uses include prototyping high-voltage test and measurement equipment, developing medical devices, building industrial process control instrumentation, and constructing laboratory power supply control circuits.
