Specifications: The APW214GEH is a dual-channel (2 Form A), high-voltage PhotoMOS SSR in an SMD-8 package. Each channel is a 1 Form A (SPST-NO) switch rated for 120mA at 500V AC/DC. Each channel has a 16Ω on-state resistance, provides high 5000Vrms isolation, and switches with 300μs (on) and 30μs (off) times. It operates from -40°C to 85℃ with a 1.23-1.5VDC input.
