Specifications: The APY280HS is a high-speed, medium-voltage PhotoMOS SSR in an SOP-4 package. This SPST-NO device handles 130mA at up to 350V (AC/DC) with a 13Ω on-state resistance. It provides 2500Vrms isolation and features very fast switching: 40μs turn-on and 20μs turn-off. It operates in harsh environments (-40°C to 85°C) and uses a precise 1.35-1.4VDC control signal.
Application Scenarios: Optimized for applications requiring fast switching of medium-voltage signals. Ideal for data acquisition channel switching, pulse and RF signal routing in test instruments, photomultiplier or ionization chamber gating in scientific equipment, and high-voltage probe control circuits where speed and isolation are paramount.
