Specifications & Application Scenarios

Specifications: The AHG-362A is a high-sensitivity GaAs Hall element in a compact SIP package. It features a higher Hall voltage output range of 80-110mV with a 14mA input current. Its resistances are asymmetrical: input resistance of 1.0-1.5kΩ and a higher output resistance of 1.8-3.0kΩ, with a correspondingly higher offset voltage of ±8mV. It operates from -40°C to 125°C.

Application Scenarios: Designed for applications requiring a stronger signal from a given magnetic field. This makes it ideal for precision current sensing (when paired with a magnetic concentrator), weak magnetic field detection, and linear position sensing where a higher output voltage improves the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) of the measurement circuit, especially in automotive and industrial environments.
